If you have ever wondered why our pricing looks the way it does, this is the honest answer. The Davy Agency is a real business with a real operation behind it. A team, a print floor, gear, a media strategist, and years of relationships that did not build themselves. When you hire us you are not paying a freelancer for an afternoon. You are plugging into a machine that already exists, and that machine costs what it costs to keep running.

The network is the product

Sync is relationships, not a mailing list.

Cheap sync is a mass blast to a scraped list of supervisors who delete it on sight. What we sell is the opposite. A network of more than fifteen thousand vetted industry professionals who actually respond to us, relationships built over years, and curated pitches that get opened because the person on the other end knows our name. The track is the easy part. The reason it gets heard is the network, and that network took years to build.

We own the floor. No vendor stack.

Most shops our size coordinate a vendor and add their margin on top. We do not. We own the print floor in Portland, we shoot and edit in-house, and strategy sits at the same table as production. That means fewer hands in the pot, faster turns, and more of the budget going into the actual work instead of a chain of middlemen.

A real operation costs what a real operation costs.

This is a business, not a hookup, and not a side hustle. I have put years and real money of my own into building this agency. The team, the floor, the gear, and the network that took years to earn. We carry overhead like any serious shop does, and we are glad to scope a project to a budget. Our prices are a starting point, not a wall. What we will not do is work for pennies or pretend the infrastructure behind the result is free. The artists who get the most from us are the ones who understand they are buying a machine, not a discount.

Premium does not mean out of reach. We keep genuinely affordable options on the menu, scoped for artists at the start of the climb, not only the ones with budgets. If you are taking yourself seriously, even early, there is a way in that fits. Which is exactly why the price was never really the question. The question is whether you are ready to invest in yourself at all.

I put my own money on the line because I believe in this work. The artists I do my best work for believe in themselves the same way. Holding the rate is also respect for them. They invested in themselves with us and earned the real thing, not a discounted version of it, and we are not going to undercut their belief by treating the work like it is worth less. A professional rate is not a wall, it is a fork in the road. If you cannot back your own music enough to invest in it, that is the one thing no agency can fix for you, and there are no hard feelings in that. But if you can, I will match that belief with everything this operation has. You are out there playing every week. That is belief in action. This is the next step of it.
