How much does music photography cost?

Where do shoots happen?
Davy's Portland warehouse studio is included. Single Portland location is +$300. Multi-location Portland is +$700. Out-of-Portland shoots quoted per project depending on travel days.
How many photos do I get?
10 finished photos included in base. 25 (+$600), 50 (+$1,500), or 100+ (+$3,000) available. "Finished" means color-graded, cropped, retouched per your edit tier, and delivered web-ready.
Yes — we coordinate HMU talent for a $200 booking fee. The artist invoices the client directly at their day rate. Wardrobe styling scoped per project.
How long until I get my photos?
Standard turnaround is 2 weeks from shoot day. Rush is 1 week (+25%). Same-day selects available on press shoots for an additional fee.
Can I get Instagram and print sizes?
Yes. IG variants add-on (+$300) gives you square, 4:5 vertical, and motion-still crops. Hi-res print add-on (+$200) gives uncompressed TIFFs sized for poster, vinyl, and large-format print.
How does licensing work?
Standard pricing covers personal/promo artist use for two years (web, social, press, merch). Commercial use (label-branded campaigns, brand ads, retail packaging, third-party licensing) requires the license-extension add-on (+$1,500), covering commercial use up to three years.
Do you do live shows and tour photography?
Yes. Live shows from $1,200. Multi-day tour photography from $2,500/day plus travel. Tour packages bundle photo, video B-roll, and BTS content if you add the BTS option.
